- SRSol RappNov 14, 20251.0Guy at the counter Tracy yelled at me because I don’t know the exact hazmat rules when I asked him what they were, screamed at me saying I was gonna “kill people on planes” if I shipped my order and ripped up my labels in my face. When he was helping other he would tell them his name is Larry and not Tracy ( even though he had a name tag)

Every one of the employees I've encountered there are fantastic - kind, hardworking, competent, helpful. The guy that works there is hilarious. Yes, if you hit at the wrong time, there can be a line, but that just is what it is and of course I can see why everyone would want to go there.
