The guy behind the counter was nasty. He spoke to us like we were stupid. After reading some other 1 stars, I know why. I highly recommend going to a different post office even if you have to travel further

Guy at the counter Tracy yelled at me because I don’t know the exact hazmat rules when I asked him what they were, screamed at me saying I was gonna “kill people on planes” if I shipped my order and ripped up my labels in my face. When he was helping other he would tell them his name is Larry and not Tracy ( even though he had a name tag)

Huge shout-out to Joanne - who went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we had a couple items sent to an address in Beacon where mail delivery had been temporarily put on hold. When I came to the office to inquire about the parcels' whereabouts, she was incredibly kind and quick to help us figure out a solution. By the next day, our items showed up on our doorstep. We were amazed at how effective she was at handling the situation. Thank you for the wonderful service, Joanne!

Our company Office Manager had one day and time to pick up our PO BOX MAIL - today, Monday the 4th of December at noon. We had yellow slips to pick up packages at the counter. She waited in line and the one clerk refused to see any more people, saying he wanted to go eat lunch. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, he closed the counter and refused to even get the yellow slip packages. This impacts our business greatly. She had to leave without our packages. Is this the new normal - Post Office is CLOSED in the middle of a weekday for lunch?
