- MKMandana KavoussiSep 4, 20251.0The United States Postal Service retaliates against customers who leave bad reviews for the postal service. I left a bad review for the Bayville, NY PO on 8/18. Lashawn and Nigel, employees of said post office, immediately retaliated against me by returning my mail to the sender. See the photo of returned mail below. It was postmarked on 8/20 after I left the above bad review. I then found my mail strewn about in the yard, and the United States Postal Service stopped showing my mail on informed delivery. So, I could not report the missing mail, either. I reported LaShawn and Nigel to Consumer Affairs. When I went in later to talk to the mail carrier LaShawn called the police to retaliate against me for reporting her and Nigel to Consumer Affairs. Once the police arrived they advised me to escalate this matter to the level above Consumer Affairs. I escalated this matter to Headquarters. Now, LaShawn is retaliating by claiming there is no mailbox, and she won’t deliver the mail at all. Please see the photo below showing there is a mailbox attached to the wall. I asked her if she would come out to look at it. She said no. I asked her if she would deliver my mail. She won’t say yes, and she won’t say no. The woman just refuses to do her job. I believe the mail carrier (who said his name was Dees) actually threatened me, too. When I asked him his name he said, “Don’t you cause trouble for me, or I will get even with you!” This is the caliber of people the government of the United States employs. They threaten the citizens of the United States to hurt them if they report them. I then received an email message ( See photo below) from USPS stating there was a package in the possession of the Bayville post office. I went there to pick it up. LaShawn Lewis said she did not have it. She said it was a computer glitch, and she said she needed me to leave. The piece of mail at issue here arrived today. It turns out it was from LaShawn Lewis herself. As its notice of delivery shows it was delivered in the same mailbox whose photo is attached. So, LaShawn lied about not having it in her possession yesterday, and she lied about the mailbox. LaShawn Lewis is committing some serious acts of misconduct and fraud.
