That is COMPLETE LIE. Because at other USPS I am always able to get a receipt, in fact they always ask me if I want one. When I ask if she can scan the package to get it in the system, she says no. Literally the most miserable people on this planet...

She put in the tracking number on her computer and “couldn’t find the tracking number twice”, so she refused to take my package. I put in my tracking number on the USPS website and showed her that my tracking number was valid. She just sat back in her chair refusing to speak until I left. Strange and terrible customer service
