    There is always this one guy in there and he is super friendly and nice. All the guys are nice. Even if another UPS store closer I will drive here.

    This used to be a good store now their employees are slackers with no attention to detail and don't take responsibility for the actions. The staff is not fully trained on policies and they will fight you on it. They are probably friendly until something goes wrong. I would highly encourage you go to another store, Fedex or USPS, unless you want your package lost.

    Used to be a good store to go to that was helpful, but recently they've been slacking with the line management as well as customer service. Past few times I've went they've been unhelpful and haven't been able to complete requests for drop off despite clear instructions. There was also a mix up with corporate where they told me I could drop off at a store and the store would print the label, but once I arrived the staff (Andy) was unhelpful in explaining the situation and started to ignore us and work with other customers. I understand there can be mixups with corporate but there was little effort to try and resolve the situation and instead we were met with a dismissive incompetence. Sad to see what it's become especially since Karan is usually so helpful, for now I'd recommend another store like the one on Francis Lewis.
