I like to acknowledge it. I’m in my 70s and I find that very few people will do what he does for you looking forward to doing business with this UPS store for many many years

You receive confirmation but when you get there the staff tell you how they have no control of what is posted on their website, no access to the website and that the owner is aware of the fraud and you'll find yourself at the Ridgewood bank down the plaza getting it notarized there.
- AVAphrodite VarellasNov 29, 20251.0I wish I could give zero stars. Karan, the man behind the counter, tried to steal my Gucci package that was delivered to the UPS store and signed for BY HIM. When I showed him the UPS tracking with his name and signature, he looked me straight in the face and said he didn’t sign for it and didn’t have my package. After HOURS on the phone with UPS, the driver in fact confirmed he did drop it off and that Karan signed for it. The driver was so bothered by the situation that he personally came to my door to tell me what happened—and even told me he confronted Karan inside the store and saw my package sitting in the back the whole time. My husband went to pick it up afterward, and magically the package appeared. This guy should NOT be handling people’s packages. He’s shady, dishonest, and absolutely not someone you can trust with your deliveries. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE BUSINESS.

They have two computers but refuse to process my business on the other one. There are employees with lunchboxes inside. Two people are working on one computer while the other is playing on their phone. The worst UPS store ever.
