- RORach OSep 23, 20255.0Kai at the printing dept was so helpful & patient making sure that the print order I had was exactly how I wanted it— when I first reviewed the order, I noticed it was the printed the wrong way and he tried multiple ways to fix it and was kind enough to let me keep the ‘wrong’ version too (I didn’t want to waste paper and could still technically be shared). I also saw him helping another customer and made sure they were happy too with their options to print. Always good customer service at this location!

However, I need to address an important issue: there was no clear line start sign, and I waited for about 5 or 6 minutes. During that time, a couple walked in front of me and went straight to the register while the sales associates did nothing to address this line-cutting. It’s crucial that sales associates prioritize the customers who are waiting first, as I was there before them. Other than this incident, I generally enjoy printing at Staples and visit frequently. However, this experience was disappointing.
