- MDMichael DeaneFeb 24, 20261.0Have mail that we have been waiting to receive for two months and still have not received it we check usps informed delivery and says it will be delivered that day. And nothing. Go to them and ask about it and keep being told the same thing. That they can’t find it. Or they don’t have it. Then we randomly get mail that is months old and of no use to us anymore. Tired of getting the ring around, especially when all the mail we have received are imported documents.

You had two irate customers , one before him and one after him. He was impressed on how you handled yourself. And i was very satisfied with how he handled our large electric bike return that was faulty that did not have a box. That i know was complicated. Thankyou for your assistance, patience, kindness and help. We do really do appricate it.
