You had two irate customers , one before him and one after him. He was impressed on how you handled yourself. And i was very satisfied with how he handled our large electric bike return that was faulty that did not have a box. That i know was complicated. Its funny how the older woman who delivers to west main street road out by pudgies, always seems to miss our mail box with our mail but yet the other drivers never miss a beat. Hmm. You are paid a fair amount for a specific job, youd think you would do that job in which you are paid for. If this older woman can not preform the job duties, maybe she should not have that job?
