She fiddled with her phone, the radio, the heat and wanted to chat about news events. When it was finally my turn she was incredibly rude. It was as if me being there and not knowing their policies was an inconvenience. It was $30 to ship 1 envelope to the next county. (Not her fault, but that is a crazy price.) By the time I left at 1114, there were 10 people behind me and a line practically out the door.
