Went to Walmart around the corner and they printed them right out for me in 5 minutes. Really bad service and communication

We got UPS on our phone and he refused to talk to the rep. UPS then tried to call the store and he refused to answer the phone. He was unpleasant and grumbling with other customers as well. He was busy but there is no excuse for his behavior. He has no business being in customer service. I’ve read most of the reviews given. Take the time to read the most recent comments. They are all terrible. Apparently, they only employ three people and it sounds like they are all rude. They make excuses for every bad review. They like to blame the customer or say the computers are down. They consistently open late. I’m pretty sure all the responses they make are written by Lucas, who is apparently an owner, so don’t expect any changes. We are going to report this store so UPS/The UPS Store knows their company reputation in Batavia is terrible. UPDATE: The response that Lucas left is total fiction. As already stated, Lucas wrote the number down for us to call. We called and then he refused to talk to the UPS rep on my wife's phone so the rep called the Batavia store directly. UPS called the store from an 800 area code. They put her on hold while they called the store. Lucas did not answer the phone. We watched this happen. We waited off to the side while we were totally ignored. It is not our credibility that is in question here. Again, take the time to read all the bad reviews. Most of responses are filled with lies and excuses. There is a definite and obvious pattern here. Complaints can be made to the upsstore.com, or call800-789-4623. This store should have it's franchise revoked.
