  Very friendly and courteous employees I went to return an Amazon package and was greeted with an hello and smile as soon as I entered the store. The employee who waited on me was polite and had a smile on their face the whole conversation they definitely take pride in their job and have great customer service experience! Definitely would recommend to family and friends. This was at the UPS store on Lewiston road in Batavia NY!!

  I was the guy who jennifer left a review about 3 weeks ago. That the owner was being confrontational with. The owner tried to attack me at the door. All because I asked him to tape my box. It was sitting right next to my package. He said I'll do it when I feel like it. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what. But I almost had to defend my self. I tried to be calm about it. But he decided he needed to come out from behind the counter and charge me. Almost had to defend my self. Lucky for him he thought twice when he approached me...Also luckly for him my friend Jenn showed up with her packages. Unfortunately he wouldn't let her send her packages because she got in between us. Her costumers couldn't get there stuff mailed to them. He kicked her out. All because a she new me. He started a argument all because I wanted to see him tape my box that i paid to mail. The tape dispenser was sitting there right next to my package. He was on some sort of "I'll do it when I feel like it" kick. Not sure what he was trying to prove. I had to let him know it will not end well for him..Just glad for him I didn't have to defend my self. Please be nice to costumers. Especially if you were really the owner. I believe you were the owners son. Alot of people i know complain about how he is rude to them. 💯 To the real owner im sorry it had end that way. If a costumer ask to tape his box please do it for them so they can see it And especially if it's sitting right there next to the package. Tape it for the costumer to confirm you did it. It takes 2 sec. Dont try and prove something and threaten to call the cops. And thank you Jen for showing up to stop the situation. I hate violence! Sorry he kicked you out and wouldn't let you send your packages.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would the customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever seen employees on there phones in front of customers as if the customers weren’t even there. They open at 11am I got there at 1:40 and there was a massive line of people and the 2 workers couldn’t careless about it they were incredibly rude to the point I thought I was being pranked I would never ever recommend them ever.

  I walked into the store during a verbal altercation between a customer and the owner of the franchise. I waited while they screamed at one another. The owner proceeded to escalate the issue when he left the counter and began walking toward the customer near the door. When I tried to diffuse the situation by telling the customer to leave and the owner to return to the counter he told me I couldn’t tell him what to do and proceeded to tell me to leave. When I asked who I needed to file a formal complaint with, he proceeded to tell me he was the owner of the establishment and would not follow up on any complaints. Does corporate allow their franchises to run with zero accountability?
