  To say I'm annoyed with this postal service location would be an understatement. Today, I had scheduled a package pickup request with USPS. They did not pick up the package, but sent my a confirmation e-mail claiming that not only did they pick up 1, but instead 2 packages from my apartment. They picked up 0. Since the package I expected to be picked up is an online sale I made, it needs to be shipped out within a certain amount of time or I will lose the sale and all the compensation along with it. So now, because they did not pick up my package, I will be losing money. If only it was just that. I checked my mailbox today to grab the mail. One item in the mailbox was for me. The other SEVERAL mail pieces each belonged to other apartments at my apartment complex. So, I had to spend the afternoon walking around the complex and delivering all of the other apartments their mail. How this could possibly happen makes no sense to me, as the apartment numbers for each mail piece were completely different, and none of them resembled my apartment number in the slightest. They just crammed everyone else's mail into my mailbox, forcing me to become the mail delivery person for today. I really should be compensated for my lost sale from this negligence, as well as for having to deliver mail to half of my apartment complex on USPS's behalf. Of course, that compensation won't happen. It makes me feel horrible to leave a negative review, and I never ever do things like this. I feel, if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all. However, this was just beyond lazy, irresponsible, and negligent. I've lost money and time that I will not be able to get back because of this post office's sloppiness.

  If I could give this place a zero star I would. I would drive 20 minutes out of my way just to not have to deal with Pete. This guy is a prime example how hard it is to get fired from a federal job. What a joke

  Worst Post Office in all of time. Many of the employees at the counter are flat out rude. Once, I tried sending cash to my son who needed groceries... the employee at the counter watched me stuff the money in the box. How strange that the package was opened and the money was missing when it got to my son. Coincidence? I doubt that. I have sent him hundreds of packages, none of which were randomly opened.

  The postal office worker at the front desk this afternoon was just rude. I had a small package that I took to the Halfmoon post office a couple weeks ago, they didn't put the correct address or even place postage on it, Twice. I came to the Ballston Spa location to send it out today. I asked him if it was possible to fix the label. He kept saying that I made the label myself at a kiosk and didn't pay for it. I never created the label myself; a worker at the Halfmoon location created it and charged it to my credit card. He (Ballston Spa) told me "I can't send this out for free like you're asking me to". I never asked him to send it for free, I asked him if it was possible to fix the label to re-send. The Ballston Spa worker kept man-splaining that my label was from a kiosk and a post office label looks different. (Mind you I didn't use a kiosk). He still didn't believe me that this location exists inside the farmstand by Walmart in Halfmoon. Be more kind to customers please.

  Terrible... I live in a mobile home park and the mail person treats my mail like I was less than a human. This last time a friend of mine received my mail in her box. I just wonder how much other mail has been stuffed in other people's boxes.
