The Malta, New York branch was very friendly. It was easy and easy out very different than the Saratoga branch.

This post office makes me smile whenever I visit. The team there works so great together and are always very friendly - even when they are swamped. I am so happy to have a community post office that cares about customers. In times like these, when there is so much stress in the world, it is nice to see that people take the time to look you in the eye, smile, and treat you like a human being. This is the Malta location (12 Hemphill Pl. next to the Sunoco gas station after the roundabout).

Wonderful team. Incredibly personable. Both patient and expediting when the situation calls for it. Knowledgeable staff can explain, simplify or even recommend the best service for your parcel. Holiday shipping is so much better when you feel like you're together with family!

Please don’t go to this location if you don’t need to. The staff there is extremely rude and doesn’t want to listen. The manager is the absolute worst of them all. I’ve gone there for the past two days having issues my address for months. The first day I went the manager was not there, and two employees were rude and dismissive. They took down my information to call me and let me know what they were going to do with my shipment of multiple packages moving forward. Today another package of mine was not delivered as they say my address doesn’t exist. I went in to retrieve my package and it was the manager that I dealt with this time. Yes, I will admit I was snippy because the people I dealt with the day before were to me. He tells me that he’s a nice man and is trying to help me out, but then proceeded to not be nice… He told me the address I’ve been using, that I was told I could by my apartment manager doesn’t exist and that if I were to call 911 with an emergency and tell them said address, they wouldn’t show up. Real nice thing to say to someone. Then points to a camera and tells me he saw the whole interaction the day before, which tells me he clearly ignored his employees behavior when I barely had spoken to them. We went in circles and then he just kept telling me I wasn’t listening and didn’t understand him. I grabbed my package and told him I wasn’t going to stand there and let a man treat me the way he was treating me. Clearly this whole address issue is a problem with apartment management and them, but they feel it is okay to take it out on residents of the complex instead of us telling them to contact management. Moving forward I will not being using usps until I move since I can’t make sure my packages go through a different location.

A quasi-government organization that is part of the same mess but would now like to take over your health care. People laughed hard when, looking at the driveway, I told them what I was told, that it is in the carrier's judgment whether they can deliver mail on a driveway with less than 1/2 inch of snow and no snow in some parts. And, they laugh even more at the fact that these are the same carriers who ran over our basketball hoop living innocently ON THE LAWN. All the more are they laughing at the USPS when I mention the recent time after surgery when I was out shoveling despite doctor's orders and the USPS delivery lady who came by told me "That's not good enough." What I have to say is that the postal service is not good enough. THIS OFFICE OF THE POSTAL SERVICE IS A LAUGHINGSTOCK. Get used to it postal people--this is upstate NY.
