Not only was it incredibly late to be finally delivered, the individuals in the post office clearly ripped the top left corner to search for money. Have had this issue before where they will rip it enough to reach in and check or use a tool. It’s disgusting and trashy that their employees find it acceptable to steal out of other people’s mail. Thankfully there was none in this envelope to steal. They need to desperately check their employees and their behavior during work.
