He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was unable to locate the package and I was about to leave. But as I was pulling out, he actually ran outside to let me know it was just coming off of a mail truck they were unloading. He went above and beyond to make sure I was being helped and felt satisfied here. Fred deserves a huge raise!!
