The service at this location is consistently poor due to a lack of available staff and malfunctioning equipment. Although multiple employees are often present, only two terminals are ever operational because the third has remained broken for several years. This leads to excessively long wait times for customers. Furthermore, there is high staff turnover, with most employees staying for less than six months. Additionally, the store's organization is a safety and operational concern. The front area is frequently cluttered with boxes that should be stored in the back according to UPS guidelines. It appears the owner is neglecting both the customer experience and the terms of their franchise agreement. This could perhaps all be forgiven (or maybe not), if the owner Steve, wasn't so rude all the time and would at least try to be accommodating to the customers needs. So, eventhough this location is only two blocks away from my house , I have been going to the Deer Park location where the service is quicker, nicer, and more professional. I hope these concerns will be addressed to improve the quality of service at this location.

The store was very slow moving there were 3 people working in the back and only one up front helping customers. I understand it’s a busy time of year but still I had to get back to work myself and waited online for a long time for a simple return. Will be using the Deer Park location from now on much more efficient
