Woman working was extremely rude for no reason. She needs to find a new job because she obviously hates this one.

Placed an order with Amazon. It was split into 3 deliveries, one of which was by the USPS. The delivery from the USPS was delivered this past Sunday to my mailbox, not in the mailbox but beside it. Box was too big to fit in mailbox. My mailbox is not in front of my house, but on the highway grouped with other mailboxes at the top of the road where I live on Creek Lane, Glass Lake area. Anyone could easily have stolen the pkg or it could easily have fallen off the railing into traffic. It used to be that pkgs were delivered directly to my home, last Christmas season in fact. There have been other mail issues in the past, but there has also been great service particularly from the weekday mail delivery person, Kris. Do not know if she still works there, but she had been efficient and careful.

I got my neighbors' mail not infrequently for a long time, which makes me think a fair amount of mine went undelivered. And I had a pretty awful experience here when I first moved to the area. I received notice of mail being held at the post office. But I didn't know which one, since there's actually one closer to my home with the overarching name of the township, not just the submunicipal area. Google and a few other searches showed a discrepancy with my zip code. So I went here to ask about it and the answer I was given was simply, "well you should know where you live." And when I explained the perceived discrepancy she only reiterated, "you should know where you live." I was really just kind of in disbelief. It seemed as though my very existence agitated this lady. So I asked if there was any mail for my name and address being held here. There was. So I informed her that she'd answered my zip code question despite her best efforts. Somehow she seemed even more miserable, which I wouldn't have thought possible. Never went back. I've had more respectful treatment from embittered toddlers.

They claimed they tried to deliver a package and didn’t. I have cameras in place and at no time did they attempt. So sad I have to pay for shipping and have to go to the post office to pick it up. They should give me a refund on postage.
