- KMKen MurphyApr 8, 20261.0Not sure who the older lady is, but out of 4 area post offices, she is consistently the worst part of the Auburn postal experience. Her customer service is garbage and she will do her best to correct you on how you have been sending at other offices is incorrect instead of finding a way to match what you are trying to explain. I'd bring in proof but she already threatened to blow in the one post office that handles my mail like others usually do. Right or wrong....I don't want to let her know where I usually go. Thought I err on the side of the other 3 offices that are generally in the same price range for the service they all offered me.
