  Auburn NY location. I had to purchase a new computer and get my data transferred. I bought a computer but after 2 days the one I selected I found too large and I realized I didn’t want a keyboard with the calculator in it. I returned that computer with no hassle at all and got a smaller model without the calculator. The technician, Mark, had already transferred my data from my old computer to the first purchase and now had to transfer that data again to the 2nd computer that I bought. It was late in the day when I went in for the exchange, so I had to leave my computer overnight. The next day Mark called me to come in to sign in the computer so he could finish the transfer. I had a previous appointment and could not go in at that time and not get there before closing. I asked if it could be done the next day. Mark was not working the next day which was a Saturday. I needed to get this completed in time for a project on Sunday before the store opened. Mark was so gracious to come in on his day off to finish up for me which took a little over an hour! That was something he did not have to do. I was extremely appreciative that he accommodated me and I got my computer set up just how I needed it in time for my project. I know this review is a long one, but I wanted to tell about this experience and Mark’s awesome customer service!! Thank you Mark!!!
