- BDBella DApr 6, 20261.0This is the worst post office likely in existence. It’s not just a one-off poor experience at the desk to mail things, which I do often to make some extra money; I’m from this neighborhood and it has been a difficult and aggravating experience every single time for at least 6 years. Rules that are on posters in the office are flouted as if the people working here just want to make your life difficult. I can’t explain it any other way, it’s mind-boggling. It says on a USPS official poster inside the post office that you can completely black out labels to reuse packaging. The woman at the desk denied my package (otherwise completely clear of any text or labeling) saying that it wasn’t useable. When I simply asked if I can’t black things out to reuse labels, she ignored me and said “next”. Things like this happen to me every time I’m there and I witness these sorts of interactions constantly too. This office needs a complete top to bottom overhaul. In the meantime, I will never ship my packages here again, I’m done after years of this. I’m just going to go out of my way to use FedEx and UPS instead.

They will claim a delivery attempt was made and was unsuccessful. Meanwhile I’m home, waiting on this package. They didn’t even leave a redelivery/pickup notice so now the post office is giving me a heard time to do such. Now, I am expecting another package tomorrow and I can guarantee it will say the same thing, “a delivery attempt was made”. This is unacceptable and I don’t understand how they are able to get away with the way they work. I’ll have to make my way to the store and deal with nasty attitudes even tho they are in the wrong.
