One is usually at the window and is super professional, offering friendly service and support 💯 Another representative (I think his name is Jacky) called me twice to help me. Once to track down my missing parcel and then again to say he tracked it down, it couldn't be delivered so he made sure it was ready for pick up 💯

- AAAnselmoNov 7, 20253.0If it's not the gentleman helping me, there's always an issue. I tried shipping a 3 oz bottle and they told me that the minimum they can ship is 16 oz. I told her it was only 3 oz and she asked me why it was heavier and I told her that liquid normally comes in bottles and packaging. And if you can't ship it, fine, but at least explain instead of accusing me of lying. If I told you there was liquid in the box then Why would I need to be dishonest about anything else?
