They refused to mail my package or be helpful at all, so I took my package across the street to Mail Boxes and More and they mailed it without issue. Very poor experience

EVER WANTED TO DRIVE YOUR CAR THROUGH A POST OFFICE? NO?… Well now you DO; Welcome to a post office where you “open” up a post office box, they take your money and your change of address receipt and pocket it without opening anything. They gave me the non-working keys, refuse to talk to me to resolve the issue, tried to steal my drivers license in an attempt to fraudulently cover up what they did and they frequently lie to their bosses about their shortcomings. They even tried to tell the postmaster and corporate that I never came in to open a post office box and that I threw things at them?? Like this place will open up a never before seen rage inside you and make you wish you did throw things at them… Anyways My mail including over 5 grand in checks is in limbo and I’m out $100 from an imaginary box I thought I opened so if you ever think about coming here…don’t.

This is the third time packages have not been delivered when I was home, so no attempt at delivery was actually made, but their tracking website says that it was unable to be delivered and is being held at post office. This most recent time I repeatedly checked the website while waiting for an Incoming delivery, same thing, I was home and no attempt made, but it stated it was being held at post office. I go to post office 2 days later (giving them plenty of time to process it) and they say it is not there, but agree their systems say it should be. Extremely suspicious for their employees stealing packages.

The nastiest post office I’ve ever been in, I try to avoid going to the desk whenever possible. I needed to drop off a single letter, but the drop off mailbox off to the side was broken. I tried to tell one of the women at the desk and she begins to scream at me. A few other people also trying to drop off letters tried the same thing, and got the same nasty reaction. Eventually she told an elderly woman who was with me that she could take the letters after all. The most unprofessional and vindictive staff I’ve ever encountered, completely unnecessary attitude

This post office does not even deserve a 1 star it is a DISGRACE. This post office is the MASTERCLASS in how NOT to run a public service. Every single visit is a nightmare: hostile staff, zero professionalism, and a manager whose attitude is somehow even nastier than the rest. There is not one courteous or competent person in that entire facility. The staff behaves as if helping customers is beneath them, and the manager sets the tone-openly rude, dismissive, and consistently unprofessional. Customers are treated like an inconvenience. You get different answers every time you ask a simple question, and instead of helping, they roll their eyes like they rule the world. Each one in that facility has no customer skills whatsoever. The level of incompetence here is honestly emberassing. This is not a minor or a one time issue as you can see in others reviews as well. This is DYSFUNCTIONAL from top to bottom. The level of disrespect is unbelievable, and it is crystal clear that each and everyone in this post office is incompetent. It's humiliating that a federal facility operates like this. The manager and the staff forget that their job is to serve the community with pleasant customer service. They also forget that they have someone above them. I will be formally reporting this post office, especially the management, who should be setting an example, instead sets the bar at rock bottom. A facility that treats the public poorly should not be operating without an investigation and disciplinary action. This location desperately needs a complete overhaul-new training, new leadership, and frankly, a reality check for everyone working there. The community deserves a facility that operates with professionalism, respect, and competence. At this time this post office delivers none of these. I will be requesting a formal investigation, corrective measures, and accountability so customers can trust that their concerns are taken seriously and that this location will be held to proper USPS standards. This post office is a DISGRACE TO THE COMMUNITY!!!
