Every visit leaves me feeling frustrated, and it shouldn’t be this difficult to have a neutral, straightforward interaction. During a previous visit, I was told by a staff member that the bags next to the QR code self-service station were specifically for people using the QR code. Today, I followed that exact instruction and was still reprimanded for using a bag “incorrectly,” even though my package had a QR code label. I was told I should have read the “RETURN BAG” sign, but the instructions have been inconsistent. No one is asking for exceptional service — just clear communication and basic respect. We all have stressful jobs and responsibilities. A little professionalism would go a long way.
