They charged me for the same mailing envelope twice, had me go to a website to make a shipping label (even though I have the address and return address written out already) and the website didn't work, the employee I worked with was on a phone call on his air pods the entire time. I'm in a state of disbelief, it felt like they were deliberately wasting my time. I wanted to ship 3 items. It took me 40 minutes and I feel like I got scammed.

Guy at the desk hoisted me off to their horrible printing computers (that apparently charge you by the minute, by the way, as I ended up not printing anything at all). Guy was totally unwilling to help, and apparently incapable of printing a UPS label at the UPS service desk. Didn’t get my package sent at all. Horrible experience. Fedex for me from now on. Go absolutely anywhere else.
