Worst UPS. Waited almost half an hour to print a label because their WiFi was down on their computers and apparently they don’t allow for USB use, I finally get helped and they charged me $5 for a label printed on a piece of paper ($4.49 of that was a “computer use fee”). When I have been to other UPS locations, I only waited 5 min and paid $2 for a legitimate label. Don’t ever come here.
Update: I went to drop this off at USPS and the guy working even said I was overcharged and usually has customers tell him it’s a $2 charge. If you need anything printed, just go to the library on 44th and they’ll print it for $1 without all this headache and false information.

horrible customer service refused to scan one barcode for a return. They closed early “due to the weekend and cleaning the store”.
Customer were still in the store and they had employees just standing there.
