Got Amazon package for return that come in a box but telling me can’t do the return because it needs to be in another box. I'm calling the main headquarters Exec office & complaining big time. I wasn't the only 1, there were others. I lady said it happened 2 her 5 times. This has 2 stop, U have this store here 2 accommodate Ur customers & the public, then live up to Ur obligation to them, or just don't have it & let Fed Ex take over. Will seek other options from now on.
