- JGJacob GordonFeb 13, 20261.0Although there are limited shipping options available, I strongly recommend using any FedEx location other than this one. I had a very important package that needed to be delivered for my job. FedEx attempted delivery while I was away and provided an extremely blurry photograph as proof of attempt, and I was unable to determine where my package had been taken. I later discovered that it had been held at this location for pickup. Although it is not company policy to provide advance notice, FedEx holds packages for only six days before returning them to the sender. Some locations provide one day’s notice before a package is sent back; however, this location does not. Given the unclear delivery notification, the uncertainty regarding the package’s location, and the lack of consideration shown, I do not recommend this location to anyone expecting reliable service.

There was no one available to assist customers, the wait time was excessive, and the facility was not organized. Staff should be better trained on how to greet and communicate with customers respectfully and professionally. This location would benefit from new management.

I’ve also Googled to see if FedEx can bind 8x14 and saw that FedEx Office “definitely offers printing and binding for 8.5" x 14" (legal size) documents” on the website. The staff here just flat out said it can’t be done. Disappointed at this location. Will be trying another location and try to remember which location did it.
