I came in to ask to bind 8x14 documents, and it’s been done before at another FedEx location (I don’t remember which one). I’ve also Googled to see if FedEx can bind 8x14 and saw that FedEx Office “definitely offers printing and binding for 8.5" x 14" (legal size) documents” on the website. The staff here just flat out said it can’t be done. Disappointed at this location. Will be trying another location and try to remember which location did it.

1/5 stars - Disappointing experience with a specific employee
I visited FedEx, where I usually get copies and use the computer, and had a very unpleasant experience. The store was lightly crowded with only 3 people and 3 employees serving. I approached the counter to ask for some paper clips and didn't get a response or even a glance from the employee. I thought he hadn't heard me, so I approached again and said "excuse me sir." That's when he yelled at me and told me if I couldn't see he was busy with another customer. I found it excessive, as there were two employees serving one person.
What bothered me the most was the lack of respect and the aggressive tone he used in front of other people. I had only asked a polite question and didn't deserve to be treated that way. After that, he gave me a dirty look and I decided to leave without completing my task. I'm giving 1 star specifically to the employee with a beard and long hair in a ponytail for his poor customer treatment. If he doesn't have the patience to deal with customers, maybe he should look for a job that doesn't involve customer service.

I attempted to print several documents at this location and their printers were inoperative and I was instructed to keep trying a few more times to see if they would work and that I wouldn’t be charged. I did this with no luck. Eventually I did get the documents printed with their printer behind the counter and later on realized I was charged for every attempt I had made that didn’t actually print contrary to what the employee told me that I would not be charged.
Then I have had to beg and plead with this locations management to get them to refund the charges to which they have still not done fully. At this point I’m disputing the charges and filing a complaint with their corporate for the level of incompetence at this location. Avoid at all costs.

I went to FedEx on Sunday, Sept 21 at 1 PM to ship important documents with 2-day service, expecting them to arrive by Wednesday. When I asked the staff if the shipment would be delivered Wednesday morning or afternoon, he gave me attitude instead of a clear answer. When I politely asked if I could take a picture of the package to send to the receiver, he looked annoyed and threw my envelopes into the bin. Completely unprofessional.
I drove to this location because it was open on Sunday, but I regret not reading the reviews first. Since Wednesday afternoon I kept checking the tracking, and it never updated. Finally, when I called, the system still showed the package as “label created” — meaning it never even left the store.
To make matters worse, I later discovered the staff entered a declared value of $1 without asking me, even though these were important documents. That is beyond careless and negligent.
This location does not deserve even one star. The staff’s unprofessional behavior, careless handling, and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Customers should not have to risk losing important documents because FedEx employees don’t take their jobs seriously.
