We went to the window on the right, where a young male staff member was working. Since we don’t speak English, he was extremely patient and kind as he helped us, making the entire process easy and smooth. Thank you very much!

When I inquired about larger boxes for my packages, the male clerk informed me that they didn’t have any. However, when I packed my items in smaller packages, he suggested that I should use for a larger one. Mind you, I had already asked about larger boxes, so now I’m doing double work. Why wouldn’t the staff simply take my items and pack them for me?

She delivers when she wants to deliver because she has to go pick her daughter up so we don’t receive mail. This is unacceptable. She pick and choose when she’s gonna give us our mail. It’s not up to her. She’s a public servant and that’s her job to deliver it so there will be more complaints on her coming from other residents that live at this address. she needs to be let off this route immediately
