- HHHang HuFeb 12, 20211.0Only if I could pick ZERO star! One star would be a total flattery! This post office deliberately lies when not delivering customer's package. I had an amazon order, delivered via USPS I was told. It didn't show up on the day it was supposed to be delivered, and the tracking info said "attempted but front door not accessible... will try deliver again" even though the whole driveway was totally free and clear for delivery. Then after 3 days of not deliverying, the tracking info became "held at office at customer's request", even though I never made any such request to have it held at office and not delilver!!! I went to the office to investigate. The manager ushered me to his office and closed the door and said to me: "You don't understand....you need to understand...the delivery person is a 95-lb woman and she couldn't deliver a 60-lb package". I would've been happy to pick it up myself and save the poor delivery lady's trouble of delivering such a heavy package, if this manage hadn't been so rude and unreasonable to blame me for ordering such a heavy package for a 95-lb woman to deliver! When I ordered this package on amazon, I didn't know it would be handled by USPS and this local USPS office wouldn't be able to find a delivery person to deliver it! The manage sounded like it was my fault!!! The fact is that USPS took the shipping fee from amazon for this package but then refused to deliver it, AND the postal office manager blames me -- the customer who paid for the shipping and would've been happy to help out picking it up myself!!! Unbelievable!! This post office manager lies, and is totally unprofessional. I fear for all my future deliveries through this postal office, as should every resident in this town be.

How are you gonna tell me one was delivered and the other was “delivery attempted?” That driver probably didn’t double check and forgot to give me my other package. Now I have to wait until Monday and I need my other package by today. Ridiculous. Please start hiring competent people.
