  Man said he was giving me free tape and then wanted to charge me $2 extra at checkout because I was paying with a card? $2 won’t break me but a 100% credit card fee? Terrible location. Rude. Hope you go out of business or lose the franchise.

  I dread having to go to this UPS store. I have had several not great experiences here, but today was the final straw. The man (owner maybe? Asian man with glasses) looked at me and demanded I put my first box on the counter, I did. He then proceeded to throw the box down onto the floor, the smaller box was up by the computer I figured he would put it on the scale himself it only weighed one and a half pounds and he again demanded. “Put it there!” he then threw that box on the ground. He dismissively said here and basically threw the receipt to me. It’s a shame that UPS corporate has not addressed the many negative comments that have been left in regards to this location, something needs to be done. Apparently, a lot of people have issues here.

  Truly the worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. I brought a heavy package in for return and after lugging it to the counter it was determined by staff to be insufficiently taped. They could of course rectify the situation for $5. After asking instead of paying this exorbitant rate to apply to strips of tape (the hapless assistant was in the process of taping another package) I was informed I could not leave the heavy package to run and get tape of my own. Fortunately, you don’t need to use this store since there are drop offs within a few miles in every direction. Judging from the other reviews of this place, I am not the only one holding these views. I’ll use this location again once the manager is gone.
