- SLStitch LoverJan 29, 20261.0My husband walked in with an open package but it was in the original packaging it came in, there was no box whatsoever and the website said a bag as well. (Being usps im sure there's empty boxes around) but instead an older lady was like "what do you want me to do with that" with MAJOR attitude and was extremely rude for no reason. Then she said it needed to be boxed with attitude as well. She didnt need to say it in a snarky tone. (Being told it needs to be boxed is totally fine, but we'd appreciate it without the nasty attitude) i'll be going myself tomorrow with my package ready, I hope to deal with someone else who is professional and polite rather than rude and acts like they dont want to be there.

She was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got the best price for sending my package in NY. She explained how the package pricing worked and gave me a couple boxes to take home. I appreciated her kindness and care. She should get a raise.

I had a package issue about a week ago (no big deal) and the employee was absolutely awful to deal with both over the phone and in person (older lady with dark hair)! Her attitude and mood are never great and I’ve unfortunately had to deal with her a few times since moving to the area. This is really disappointing as the other employees are always helpful and friendly!
