We came in with several returns, and her attitude felt impatient and unwelcoming from the start. When we politely asked about the price of an envelope, she responded abruptly and told us to check it ourselves instead of helping. Customer service should be respectful and supportive, especially when customers are trying to complete multiple returns. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable, and overall it did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from UPS. I hope the store can work on improving customer service so others don’t have a similar experience.
