- JNJames Nisbet3 days ago1.0Had an appointment at 1 PM on November 18, 2025 to get fingerprinted. Arrived 15 minutes early waited in line told the man working there. I had a 1 o’clock appointment. He said we don’t do that here he asked if he could help the people that were waiting in line. I said OK. This fingerprinting was for a professional license. I need to renew. This was the worst treatment I’ve ever gotten. This man had no patience. He scolded me asking. Are you hearing what I’m telling you I said yes, he did a substandard job. The fingerprinting color came out yellow which is mediocre and he cut it short. I told him I needed a number for my records, he said we don’t have the numbers here. This man should not be assisting the public. I paid a lot of money to have this FBI check done if my fingerprints come back on readable I’m going to take this company to small claims court. He was rude and very unprofessional. Do not get your fingerprints done there.
