Even from her initial email, their account manager came off as cold and disinterested. We did a phone consultation, and when I told her their services were currently out of my price-range, she hung up on me. I'm a new photographer and literally only 2 jobs away from being able to afford their services. But, I'll take my business elsewhere since they don't believe in nurturing relationships. Here's a tip: just because a potential customer isn't ready to buy right away, that doesn't mean they won't be willing to buy later --especially in a field like photography. If this is how they handle their own potential clients, why would I trust them to handle my digital marketing needs? No way I would let these guys anywhere near my audience. If you can't be warm, at least be professional.

I have been a customer for 3 years. They convinced me to sign with them saying that they would double my business calls in 3 months. They did not, they tripled them in 2 months. I had to hire help to keep up. They continue to prove themselves with web exposure and have finally got me in the top 10 of a google search. They built me a fantastic site and maintain all my social media. Well worth my investment!

They just will not leave me alone, despite my having asked repeatedly for them not to call me. Always seem to call at the worst possible time. I had a really bad experience with their initial presentation. Their representative criticized my website's appearance and said I should pay to have them redo it, dodged every question I asked with "That will be in the report I'm sending you", refused to accept my data when I told her which page most people came in on (an article I wrote), and summoned her supervisor to argue with me about what I needed. I don't want to do business with them and they will not go away.

Very pushy sales people that follow their sales pitch list with any disregard of what a client has to say or wants. Got promised a (written) report about my website, but then had to learn that that report i would not see, but rather being "consulted" about over the phone. So instead of being able to read, i would have had to listen to someone going over that website report - on my business line. Not recommendable, unethical tactics.

I have been with Main Street Host for two years and work with Mark Amadeo. He is extremely polite and always explains in detail what needs to be done to my site. I am not at all technical so his direction is always appreciated. My business has increased and I have a better handle of what I need to do to keep my site optimized.
