They can help you navigate through the sending process on your phone with returns etc if needed. Just very helpful. Once the person saw me in the parking lot when he was closing and waited by the door to reopen and send my package! Always friendly and professional. I can't say enough good about the store. You are in and out in minutes even when busy. It is fast efficient and friendly. I love this store!
