- CGChris GreenwaldDec 18, 20171.0Id give this a zero if I could. I just walked in there to ship a package and while I was there I witnessed the MANAGER yell at a customer. Yes the customer could Have dealt with the situation better but she was the customer. And as the customer was walking out the manager went out of his way to walk around and go out to tell her to never come back to to go to the Lancaster post office. I work in customer service and sometime you will get a customer that you might not get along with but you have to just put a smile on and deal with it. So now after that I will now drive the 15-20 minuets to drive to the Lancaster post office and I encourage everyone else too also. I normally don’t write reviews but that was just so unprofessional.
