They are refusing to deliver my mail even though it has the correct address on it. Iam not happy at all. I also shouldn't have to conform to their bs either what ever happened to the customer is always right policy. The usps gets worse every year. They should deliver the mail regardless especially when it has the correct house address on it.

However, when we got there, the camera “needed updates and wasn’t working”. I would have appreciated a heads up before driving 20 minutes and not being able to get our passports done. Very unorganized, careless, and it did not seem like they knew what was going on. A waste of time.
