But since I was still working in Medina and used to live in albion, I did this at the albion post office after work… I was met with an employee who when I told her my new address I was moving to, she stopped what she was doing and looking at me confused and said “that’s in the ghetto”… ok? And you live in the ghetto too if we’re being honest lol albion isn’t exactly a hot spot people are rushing to. But it was very unprofessional, insulting, disrespectful and racist. Glad I moved and don’t have to deal with her again.

They are refusing to deliver my mail even though it has the correct address on it. Iam not happy at all. I also shouldn't have to conform to their bs either what ever happened to the customer is always right policy. The usps gets worse every year. They should deliver the mail regardless especially when it has the correct house address on it.
