I came in to return an Amazon item and not only was the Asian guy extremely rude, snarky and completely disrespectful, the Indian guy was no better! I’m disgusted by the encounter I had and never had such terrible customer service in my life. This is a clear issue at the store after reading the comments and has been going on for months. UPS DO BETTER!! No customer should experience what I did today and too many customers have complained about the same employees and nothing has been done. We deserve to be treated with respect and have our issues resolved but that’s not the case here. Please stop reading everyone comments then not doing anything about it. I’m pissed and frustrated , this is unacceptable and if I can give 0 starts best believe I would!

All of the workers, especially the young Asian guy (I think he's Korean), are miserable people and won't help you. You guys are literally in the customer service business... hopefully you go out of business since you don't seem to like getting customers. I walked out after getting an attitude... not worth my time, energy and frustration.

It's as if I'm an inconvenience to them for picking up a package. Looking at the other reviews here it seems like I'm not the first one to say something about how rude they are. Seems like the manager or owner of this location doesn't care about about how rude and unprofessional their workers are. Last time I go to that UPS Store. Hopefully things change in the future and those 2 kids are taught how to treat customers and be professional.
