    I have always had a positive experience. The workers are friendly, patient and thorough. I’m a frequent flier and ship from there at least once a week.

    Very patient and very helpful. We had a big move and we had to get boxes and didn't need them all, and they were very nice with the returns. JC and the manager were especially helpful. Thanks again.

    Every time I go, they have a very rude attitude and terrible customer service skills. I only use this location because it's the closest. But I will stop now.

    I had the absolute WORST experience today at this UPS store!!! I came in to return an Amazon item and not only was the Asian guy extremely rude, snarky and completely disrespectful, the Indian guy was no better! I’m disgusted by the encounter I had and never had such terrible customer service in my life. This is a clear issue at the store after reading the comments and has been going on for months. UPS DO BETTER!! No customer should experience what I did today and too many customers have complained about the same employees and nothing has been done. We deserve to be treated with respect and have our issues resolved but that’s not the case here. Please stop reading everyone comments then not doing anything about it. I’m pissed and frustrated , this is unacceptable and if I can give 0 starts best believe I would!
