- MWMallory W.B.1 day ago4.0To be honest, I don’t shop here very often just when I need something very particular or I’m doing a return for Amazon. They have a lot of niche supplies as you would expect and the coffee center is obviously very useful when needed, but the pricing seems to be so much higher than other places. The store is clean and organized and the staff are nice so I guess that’s all you can ask for when you’re looking for something so particular and they have it.

The instructions on the machines are opaque as best and resulted in an unacceptable time delay while a clerk had to intervene to help. I have found that the print service in at least three different stores is always understaffed. The employees usually, however, can offer advice and assistance but always seem overwhelmed. While the product you will walk away can be high quality, it is not worth the wait.

I was disheartened and very frustrated due to my failed attempts at other stores. Then, I was greeted by Maddie. Her effervescent smile and willingness to help was refreshing. She took my photos and explained to me the Staples motto. It was a fast and seamless process. I am truly grateful. Thank you Maddie. You deserve a pay raise because that experience alone was truly amazing. Much appreciation.

Highly recommend if you’re looking to get precheck you just fill out the application online and go in for a picture, finger prints and payment.
- GMGEO MANApr 10, 20265.0We had amazon package returne it was pretty easy, stuf were very helpful, one thing you need to pay attention if you have amazon return they have stickers giding you on the floor so you just follow them and you endup returning spot where someone would ask you qr code and that is it.
