Sue who apparently has been there for many years now thinks she owns the United States service and due to her ownership she can yell argue and give attitude to everyone! Shame on her and she should be evaluated by upper management for her distasteful behavior. As she is not fit for this position dealing with the public.

I had a package I wanted delivered by Easter, so I paid for 2-day delivery and it took 5 days to get there. Plus, along with my package, I had a card that was to be delivered locally and has yet to be received. I don't know what's going on there, but I will never go there again. Beware!!
- FAFuad AhmadovDec 29, 20141.0WORST customer service ever. They scanned my package and after 10 days I check my item tracking number and it shows as is item never shipped. I went to them and they gave me number which is not available, when I wanted to explain that that number doesn`t work they left me and turned to new customer. That is WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER MET. That is just just ridiculous service. and that was my last package with USPS. By the way, I lost my package and they never helped me on it. I waited couple months for call from management even management never helped. POOR BUSINESS!
