The supervisor at that location (Sandra Handcock) is very disrespectful, and purposely mishandling my delivery. She has ignored my hold mail request, refused to forward to my PO Box, and has told a number of lies. You will not keep stealing important documents, and leaving me at risk for identity theft. I can prove I've filled out the correct paperwork & nobody can explain what happened to my mail. I was at 30 Karner Road to speak with the postmaster a few days ago. Only to be told he's in a meeting & will call me if I leave my number. Apparently, he couldn't care less about the public he allegedly serves. I did not get a return phone call, and nobody will answer the phone. Or the mailbox is always full, no option to leave a message. Stop ignoring the public & do your job! I'm trying to report stolen mail & employee misconduct! It is your responsibility to investigate these issues!!!
