- TLTim LouNov 14, 20255.0was surprised to see such low rating so decided to share some feedback. Went on a Friday morning to mail some certified mail. A young gentlement was at the counter, filled out the form for me, added return address, and did the whole thing super efficiently. Usually I had to fill all those out myself and wait in-line. Not sure about negative reviews but this was one of the best and most efficient visit to USPS. 5 star for sure.
- CMCourtney MillerNov 7, 20251.0They are never open on time at 8:30am. They are closed in the middle of the day. I went At 9am and the door was closed, locked and inside was dark and it wasn’t No holiday. I go here out of convenience but it’s not worth it.

The shipper swears he is putting the correct address on the package, but there is no way for me to even contact USPS to try and hold the package or investigate if the address is correct. I was given the phone number for this branch but the phone just rings five times and ends on an ear-piercing digital screech with no answer. I have been trying to call, on multiple phones for hours with no answer and I cannot get over to the branch as I am at work. The USPS is useless at customer service and it is looking like I will never receive my package, even though it is supposedly sitting here, roughly 15 minutes from my home.
