You really don’t come across great customer service anymore these days, especially In places like the post Office, where people are just trying to get through their day. What a pleasure it was to walk in here on a Thursday afternoon, and be greeted by such a pleasant smile and helpful demeanor. Carlos is the epitome of a someone that can truly change someone’s day around just by being kind and helpful. Someone that goes above and beyond, just because. Truly one-of-a-kind and I hope to see Carlos again soon. Thank you Carlos for being one of those people that restores my faith in humanity!
