I was told I missed the truck, signage does not state they stop overnight by certain time and overnight does not go out Sunday, earliest would be Monday for a Tuesday OVERNIGHT delivery at 9:30, I paid over $200.00 for a package weighing about 5 pounds. It was not delivered until Wednesday. I called store for refund and was told I had to contact UPS direct, UPS said I had to call store. I’ve gotten no help at all. NEVER WILL COME HERE AGAIN!!!!
- ARAmanda RyanDec 15, 20252.0Female worker on 12/15 at 12:30pm was rude. You have TWO lines (zero instructions) one for pre paid and one for needing to pay. A random drop off spot with a scanner and no one saying a thing the ENTRY time just both looking at us several times, again not a word. She RUDELY says “you can scan your items there if it’s pre paid and print a receipt!” Well ITS NOT OUR JOB!! So I scanned my items, got my receipt and SLAMMED down my BOX that doesn’t fit into the tiny little hole for “pre paid” packages! Hence it was a $200 RETURN! Lazy workers only want to help who’s paying at that point. Learn better customer care skills.
