9/20/2025 Westgate Plaza UPS store.
I was just at the UPS store to return something from Amazon, I want to share best words for employee named Will. Before that, a lady greeted me first and she just told me to send a label to our email but I'm really not familiar with it so because this is my first time to do this, I struggled for like 5 minutes until Will offered to help and did it for me, and that lady didn't even try to help. Thank you Will i appreciate.

I usually enjoy coming to this store because it’s very convenient, but I had a disappointing experience today. I needed to get a return label printed and initially sent the link via email. When it didn’t print, I offered to send a PDF version instead. I replied to the same email thread with the PDF, but the staff member insisted she didn’t receive it. I mentioned that I had replied to the previous message, hoping she would check again, but she responded curtly with, “I guess we’re going to wait then,” and proceeded to help the next three customers.
Eventually, she said, “Oops, got it,” but by that time I had already sent the file again. The situation could’ve been handled more politely and professionally. A little patience and better communication would have gone a long way.
