I purchased shipping supplies for the return that day as well. When I went back to look into this, the clerk told me that return records are deleted at the end of each day - so they have no way to know what happened, and no desire to help. I don't know if the package was mailed, if it's sitting in the store somewhere, or if something else happened to it. I will not be using this location for returns in the future.

Printing prices have gone up significantly, and what used to be a simple process has become a frustrating hassle every time. Emails that I send for printing are often mysteriously deleted or lost by the time I arrive. Even though printing services are advertised on the website, there always seems to be an issue or excuse when I try to use them in-store. The woman at the front counter—who may be the owner’s daughter—is consistently rude and unhelpful. Today, while I was in mid-sentence explaining an issue with my email, the woman assisting me (possibly the owner’s daughter) abruptly turned away and began helping the customer behind me—without saying a single word to me. Not even a “please hold on” or “one moment.” Just completely dismissed me. Unfortunately, the manager doesn’t seem interested in resolving problems or improving the customer experience. It’s disappointing to see a once-reliable store take such a turn.
