- TCTad CaseFeb 20, 20251.0I'm tired of not getting my mail. And I'm tired of not getting a note that I have a package. No mail delivery for at least 10 days. I cleaned my neighbors box and mine out on Wednesday night Still no mail on Thursday. I want to file a complaint for not delivering mail with no reason. I want my mail on Friday 2/21 or I will file a complaint. Thank you
- JHjames hathawayJan 17, 20251.0Paid nearly $100 for overnight package, perishable. Did not arrive for 2 days. Contents spoiled. No update on tracking number until couple of hours before delivery. Wnet to get the refund and was told I had to come back tje next day. Drove 16 miles the next day and was told i had to drive to another location to get the refund. That location said the had no cash so gave me a money order which I had to wait 24 hours to cash which fell on Martin Luther King day........... Never again.

Very impressed with the prompt service and it is much appreciated!!
