When I went onto the office to tell her she said it was because of all the pills and threw them on the counter. Why wasn't a yellow slip simply put in the box? Not impressed

I was out of town for a couple weeks FOR WORK and not only did they close my box they sent notices to EVERY SINGLE person and company that it was a closed box and return to sender! Not only will they close your account and make no effort to do the right thing, their actions caused issues with every single company that sent me mail. I had to explain to my mortgage company, banks, prescription provider and EVERYONE ELSE why the mailing address wasn’t valid. It’s ran by idiots.
