I never filled it out but I’m still getting mail sent here but my two shirts I ordered 2 months ago got sent back AGAIN they should just close this office for good tbh

- KBKaren BestMar 3, 20202.0Route driver gives you missed delivery form that has option to assign a representative to go to the Post office to pick up a package for signature and post office refuses to give package to my assigned representative. They are into day 4 of holding my prescription hostage and I can't afford to take a half day off work because the counter person can't read their own form! Spent two separate calls on hold with USPS for over an hour each with no response to file a formal complaint against the postmaster or have my package released to my authorized representative. Dont understand why a rural post office, that generally gives you more personal service because of the population it serves, seems to fail.
