- LSLisa StevensDec 19, 20251.0Only giving 1 star because you can't give 0. Their rule is if there is no PO Box number in the address, they can't deliver the package/envelope/mail. However, every year you must fill out a form with your physical address, provide your DL and now they want 2 bills as well in order to prove your residency. Because I'm absolutely going to move away from Tonopah and drive back every week to get my mail. They know most of the locals, including last names and box numbers, but refuse to deliver things anyway. I have personally had many packages returned that were time sensitive. In fact, one year at Christmas, they returned an order that had all of my grandchildren's presents. Those packages were then "lost" in their system. I was unable to get a refund, as the company never received the items back to their facility. This cost me around $150, as well as the added cost of having to drive 2.5 hours to the nearest "big" town to buy more presents. The postmasters they get are horrifically rude and cause some of the employees to be rude as well. I am seriously tired of dealing with them and would like to know if anyone has a good idea of an effective way to file a formal complaint. I do not want to send an email that just gets sent to the local postmaster, who promptly files it in File 13 of the nearest round filing cabinet.

This post office doesn't have an access for them l(They can go to the backdoor that doesn't have any shelter from the elements, and if there is a tractor trailer that is parked at the back dock then they have to go underneath the simi trailer or wait an hour or two to get to the "handicapped access ♿").

They did this because they don’t deliver to street addresses? Only P.O. Boxes? Don’t have delivery trucks? Sad Sad Sad.
