I always have good interactions with this post office. Whether it's in person or calling in with a question about a parcel etc. They are always quick to help, find answers etc. I generally see Char at the front counter, and she's always great. She knows her stuff. Spring Creek is a weird situation because it's the largest HOA in the entire USA, and it's sprawling. Considering we have no infrastructure really, it's impressive this office can manage delivery of mail to *thousands* of homes every day. Amazon has really changed the influx of parcels USPS sees on the daily, and we're getting into holiday season now too. Be sure to thank your postal workers. I'm grateful they're here and we don't have to go to Elko for our mail drop off or pick up.

Screwing my business over. You guys either should be dropping packages at homes directly or getting more package boxes. Being 3 days late and then making me pick up the post office is effecting my own business negatively

Similarly to the other reviews, I have had several packages delivered to the wrong mailbox, to never see them. I have never experienced such reoccurring issues like these in my life with a post office. I'm literally losing money as a result of carelessness.

Since they supposedly started delivering packages that wont fit in the mail boxes to your front door. I have had nothing but issues. I had one pwrson swear they delivered my package to my door one day but they didn't and when I pointed to my security camera pointed at my door and told them they never came suddenly later my package arrived. Now they again saidcthey attempted delivery yesterday which was a lie so I spoke to a manager to which I was promised my package would be delivered today which again was not delivered and the person used the excuse of attempted delivery which again my security camera did not detect anyone. Camera works fine as i opened my door stepped out and my phone alerted me that the camera was triggered. Worst postal service, very lazy. If I have to go get it myself I feel I deserve to get paid.

Packages chronically marked as "forwarded" when they decide they don't want to deliver them. If they deem your package oversized they'll still mark it as "out for delivery" and then mark it "undeliverable" at the end of the day. The mailboxes are all the same size, it's not like they don't know it won't fit. No Saturday hours so good luck picking anything up if you actually work. Worst post office I've ever has the misfortune of dealing with. They offer services like Package Pick-up and Scheduled delivery, then they just don't do those things so beware.
