- OOOmarFeb 22, 20261.0• Terrible service. • My Priority Mail Express package was held at their location for several days (Only processed when i opened a search request) • Delivery was rescheduled for the next day, claiming the business was closed (Hotel is open 24/7) • No delivery attempt was made on Sunday, even though Sunday delivery is expected with Priority Mail Express. • Very disappointing experience
- LBLatrice BurstonFeb 1, 20261.0Constantly having problems with the mail carriers not delivering packages. It's ridiculous, most recently they lied about leaving a notice. How?? You said you could not deliver the package, so where exactly did you leave a notice. Other times they've put packages in mail boxes that I have no access to. Completely ridiculous.
- RBRhosheneada BuckleyJan 31, 20261.0Very inconvenient to not be open on a Saturday especially if a person works Mon -Fri 9 to 5: 30 and have a personal package to pick up due to relocating to Sparks and is not able to reschedule a re-delivery of It! It should at least be open for a couple of hours for people that have this particular problem or others that work the same hours especially if that's their local location for work. I know me personally I can afford to miss work cuz a business is not able to do their jobs for the convenience of their local community.

Im calling during operating hours but you claim to be closed and will not answer. Service is crap all around. Went in for answers since they won't pick up, they were open, and the lady at the desk was unhelpful telling me to call the same phone number that didn't work. I just wanted to find my package they didn't deliver and miscanned.
