- MMmitch millerNov 4, 20251.0I had a poor experience while shipping my package. The staff didn’t seem knowledgeable about choosing the appropriate box and selected an oversized one, which significantly increased the shipping rate. It felt like the focus was more on maximizing charges rather than genuinely protecting the package. Paying $70 to ship an item weighing less than two pounds is unreasonable. It seems like the store adds unnecessary surcharges to increase profits at the customer’s expense. There was also no communication with an explanation on charges how much things would cost to allow for the option of declining until the very end. The gentleman that was working did not smile one time and did not seem to show any concern for roughly handling the custom and personalized painting that was being shipped. I did not see a smile once.

Not only did they lose a family book that the manager claims he can’t look for but is rude and gives customers false information only for you to have to go back in and he then says I don’t know what to tell you, you can figure it out on your own…. This store needs new management because the one they have is a disgrace!
