Although I never received a text or call from the automated service, the delivery technicians made up for that with their kindness. They arrived in the time frame stated and gave me time to clean the area of the old appliances before placing the new appliances. My oven arrived with 2 small dents in the side which were cosmetic and would be hidden from view and the technicians documented them and reported them to Costco immediately. I called customer service Costco and they refunded my credit card appropriately. I would give 5 stars to the technicians but 4 stars for the lack of communication on the automated systems portion.
