    My experience: I was ghosted 3 or 4 times after being told a job was available. I even did 2 background checks and a drug test. The last time they contacted me was at 9:30pm and told me that they were going to send me out the next morning for a Reach Truck position. Never heard anything back after that. Massive waste of my time. Then I heard from friends about the issues they had with them. Some of them never got paid. On the initial search for the google reviews to leave this review Google AI automatically showed me this: Reviews for PeopleReady in Reno, NV, are mixed, highlighting it as a convenient option for quick, varied work (construction, warehouse, events) with opportunities to learn, but with common complaints about inconsistent hours, disorganized communication/management, favoritism, app issues, and unreliable job site confirmations, leading to wasted time/gas for some workers. It's True! Don't waste your time. A message to People Ready: Don't ever contact me again and don't bother replying to this review with a phone number for me to call to try to have you guys fix this. You can't fix an entire company and it appears most of the reviews already here are just like mine. My time is precious.

    All I know about this location is that I've been calling for a week with no response. I need to change my location and get a new paycard, but no answer. Why even have a store here? Fake front, I guess. *Update- every time I go to select a position off the app, it always comes back saying a conflict with schedule. I call to correct the problem and it's one thing or another. They don't care. No real help.

    Now these people believe in you they get you in there they give you they actually do their jobs and they care they got me a job the second day I have went and signed up for the app online and then went in the next day the day after that I was working I love these people I appreciate them for the hard work that they do and they stay on top of things to pay is great
