I went in to ship a box with toner cartridges, and the staff refused to help, saying the items “might be hazardous,” which is not true. Toners are not hazardous, and I’ve shipped them many times before without any issue. Instead of checking or finding out the correct information, they just turned me away. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge.
